The above photos are of the Malvern Heart Centre in Malvern East. We painted both the interior and exterior of this building and undertook significant preparation to achieve this finish. This photo is a of a modern house in Templestowe. We painted the exterior of this home using a boom and scaffolding for the high areas particularly at the sides and rear of the property.

This photo is from a house we painted in Warrandyte. It is a gorgeous modern open plan style home. We painted both the interior and exterior. Minimal preparation was required on the interior due to the house being quite new.

Photos of a lovely Victorian home we painted in Hawthorn following a major renovation. As expected we completed alot of preparation both inside and outside. For the exterior we painted in Classic Cream and Manor Red and inside we used Antique White USA for the walls and woodwork.

Our final photo is from a period home we painted in Kew. We painted both the interior and exterior of this home. The sitting room has lovely ornate features which required reasonable preparation prior to painting. We find with period homes that preparation can often be significant with the solid ceilings and walls and ornate timber.

Wantirna 3152

Wantirna is a Melbourne suburb located approx. 24kms east from the CBD and is part of the City of Knox.

Wantirna’s population is about 14,000 (2006) and it’s name is derived from the local aboriginal meaning for “a gurgling stream”.

Wantirna was first settled in 1840 when the Bushby Park cattle run was established. Other pioneers followed and gradually a town evolved with a school, Post Office, Parish Hall, the Wantirna Reserve and a tennis court being built from 1912 to 1925.

Amenities in Wantirna include Knox City Shopping Centre and Koomba Park.

Wantirna’s surrounding suburbs include Vermont, Ringwood, Heathmon and Bayswater.
