We received this 2023 award for the painting of this substantial 2-storey home in St Kilda East, quite close to Toorak. It was in very poor condition with alot of bubbling and peeling so we had to strip paint and oil undercoat prior to painting. The above photos and the interior shot below are of the Malvern Heart Centre in Malvern East, very close to Toorak. We painted both the interior and exterior of this building and undertook significant preparation to achieve this finish. We received an Excellence in Painting Award in 2018. This photo is of the Melbourne Athenaeum which is a beautiful heritage building in the Melbourne CBD. This was a fabulous project to work on as the transformation has been incredible. We had to clean and prepare prior to painting and advised on where to apply the second colour to enhance the detailing. This image is of a large 2-storey house in Toorak. It was a little complicated due to the power lines and height. We obtained a permit from the power company and used a boom at the front of the house to access the 2nd-storey.

The above two photos are of a large home we painted in Brighton. We painted the outside which was in quite poor condition and required a lot of preparation. The house had a few cracks in the walls so we used a membrane paint which stretches to help keep the cracks together.

These two interior photos are from an apartment in Toorak we painted. You can see it is a large apartment. We painted the ceilings, walls and woodwork for our client.

This shot is from Jacques Reymond Restaurant in Prahran. It is a stunning historic building with many ornate features and a lot of detailing.
