We received this 2022 painting award for the painting of this beautiful heritage home in McKinnon. We have included before and after shots for you. The quality preparation and painting together with the new modern colour scheme have really lifted this home from heavy and dark (see below) to light and airy. This photo is of an apartment building we painted in St. Kilda East. It is a large building which we used scaffolding and booms to access the high areas. Often the most complex parts of these types of projects is working with the power company to ensure we meet the regulations and everyone on-site is safe. This photo is from a house we painted in Mentone prior to sale. It had been rented out for many years and was very tired. The owners renovated throughout and we undertook significant preparation especially on the walls prior painting.
This photo is of an exterior weatherboard house we painted in Hampton. We washed down and electric sanded prior to painting. Timber usually requires a reasonable amount of preparation to cope with the sun, wind and rain. Our aim is to deliver a durable finish as we provide a 5-year warranty on our painting.
Our final photo is of a modern home in Beaumaris. This home was renovated and we were asked to paint both the inside and outside. We have painted the entire house in stages whenever our client was ready to progress.

Highett 3190
Highett has a population of approx. 10,000 people. It is a bayside suburb located 16kms south-east of the Melbourne CBD and is part of the City of Bayside. Highett is named after Highett Road, which was built when the railway line from Caulfield to Mordialloc was opened in 1881. It is believed that Highett Road was named either after William Highett, parliamentarian and local land owner or John Highett, a grazier and/or drover.
Highett is bordered by Hampton, Sandringham, Moorabbin and Cheltenham.
