We received this 2023 award for the painting of this substantial 2-storey home in St Kilda East. It was in very poor condition with alot of bubbling and peeling so we had to strip alot of paint and oil undercoat prior to painting. Given the age of the property and condition of the paint work we followed our lead painting processes to protect everyone. Our client was thrilled with the outcome. We received this 2022 painting award for the painting of this beautiful heritage home in Ormond.  We have included before and after shots for you. The quality preparation and painting together with the new modern colour scheme have really lifted this home from heavy and dark (see below) to light and airy. This 2021 Award is for the painting of this fabulous heritage 2-storey home in St. Kilda.   It was a bit unusual in that the windows and doors were already painted in 2-colours in gloss enamel and our client wanted to repaint in enamel so we did that. There are over 70 windows. Ordinarily we would change over to acrylic paint.
Before commencing we organised our carpenter to repair the 2^nd-storey balcony and replace rotten timber as required. We completed extensive preparation and especially with the gloss enamel surfaces to ensure they would be smooth, glossy and the paint finish durable.  We stripped some fascias and window sills and oil-undercoated those and all bare timber prior to painting. Due to the age of the property we assumed there was lead paint underneath and followed our lead paint procedures when stripping paint. These are photos from a large 2-storey house we painted in Beaumaris. Like most of the houses we paint significant preparation was required with pressure washing, filling & gapping, electric sanding, and undercoating in some areas. We used scaffolding in one area and a mobile scaffold on another side of the house and the rest of the painting was completed from ladders. 

This interior photo is of a modern townhouse in Elwood we painted. We painted the full interior of this 3-storey townhouse. Not much preparation was required as it was quite a new building.

An interior shot from a beautiful home we painted in Hampton. We painted both the inside and outside of this house to update and modernise it. The client was so happy with this fabulous result!

These 2 interior photos are from a home we painted in Mentone. We painted the interior throughout and undertook significant preparation including filling and gapping and skim coating some surfaces. 

This photo is of a fantastic period home in Hampton.  We washed down and electric sanded prior to painting. Timber usually requires a reasonable amount of preparation to cope with the sun, wind and rain. Our aim is to deliver a durable finish as we provide a 5-year warranty on our painting.
